Tomatin Five Virtues Metal 700ml

Tomatin Five Virtues Metal is the fourth release in Tomatin’s distinctive Five Virtues series, a limited-edition collection inspired by the natural elements involved in whisky production.

Metal pays tribute to Tomatin’s 12 distinctive copper stills, which help create the distillery’s signature spirit character. The whisky is matured entirely in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, highlighting Tomatin’s naturally soft, sweet and fruity style. Only 6,000 bottles were produced.

The nose offers creamy vanilla, milk chocolate, macadamia nuts, white peach and malted biscuits. On the palate, citrus, buttery sponge cake, sugared almond, marzipan, white chocolate, nougat and gentle spice create a rich yet delicate character. The finish is soft, sweet and lingering, with vanilla fudge, almond and warming spice.
