RECIPES- 1 OZ. SAINT BRENDAN’S® IRISH CREAM
- 1 OZ. ESPRESSO OR COLD BREW COFFEE
- ½ OZ. PEARL® VANILLA VODKA
- ½ OZ. CAFFÉ LOLITA® COFFEE LIQUEUR
- COFFEE BEANS FOR GARNISH
Smooth and luxurious, this cocktail pairs the power of bold espresso with the silky sweetness of Saint Brendan’s® to create an unforgettable martini.
In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with several roasted coffee beans.
Emerald Isle Milkshake
- 2 OZ. SAINT BRENDAN’S® IRISH CREAM
- ½ OZ. THE QUIET MAN® IRISH WHISKEY
- ½ OZ. CAFFÉ LOLITA® COFFEE LIQUEUR
- 1 LARGE SCOOP CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
- CHOCOLATE SYRUP FOR DRIZZLING
- WHIPPED CREAM FOR TOPPING
- MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR COOKIES FOR TOPPING
Simply. Decadent. This dreamy blend of chocolate ice cream transcends the ordinary milkshake experience by pairing Saint Brendan’s® with bold Irish whiskey, coffee liqueur and a dash of indulgent treats on top.
Pour Saint Brendan’s, The Quiet Man and Caffé Lolita into a blender then add a generous scoop of chocolate ice cream. Blend until smooth. In a chilled glass, swirl chocolate syrup around the glass then pour in the milkshake.
Add a pillow of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips and cookie crumbles for a sweet garnish.

Fill a mug or glass with piping hot black coffee, then pour in The Quiet Man Irish Whiskey and Saint Brendan’s decadent Irish cream. Stir to combine.
