Known for their finesse and layered flavors of tropical fruit, coffee, spices and pastry, this older vintage full proof release from the Blackadder Raw Cask series takes that irresistible profile to new heights.

Panama rum is spicy with even some notes of tiger balm on the nose. Roasted coffee beans with fresh coconut, cherries and berries in milk chocolate and oak.

On the palate, it’s mostly cherries and berries followed by exotic spices and delicate chocolate aromas. The finish is long and powerful with sweet/sour fruit aromas and spices.

The rum for this bottling was distilled on February 23rd of 2007 and bottled straight from the cask, un-filtered and at full proof in November of 2020.
