Distilled in 1981 and bottled in 2018 after 36 years of maturation, this limited single-cask release was matured in refill sherry butt #1708 and produced just 537 bottles as part of Signatory Vintage’s celebrated 30th Anniversary Collection.

The official tasting profile opens with medicinal and herbaceous notes alongside plum, developing with air into richer malt and warming spice. The palate brings sage, honeysuckle and earthy saffron, leading to a distinctive finish filled with apricot and pineapple.
