The Macallan Classic Cut 2023 Release is a distinctive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from The Macallan’s annual Classic Cut series, designed to explore a bold and evolving flavour profile.

This 2023 Edition was matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon American oak casks and sherry-seasoned European oak casks, creating a balance of fresh fruit, creamy sweetness and delicate oak spice.

The nose brings elegant aromas of fresh pear, elderflower, light almond and rich vanilla. On the palate, sweet creamy vanilla, juicy pear and lemon peel combine with delicate oak. The finish is medium in length, with sweet oak and a distinctive almond biscotti character.
