The 2021 Edition brings together ex-Bourbon American oak casks with The Macallan’s renowned American oak casks seasoned with sherry, combining lighter sweetness with greater depth and complexity. The result is a beautifully balanced expression with a vibrant fruit and spice character.

The nose offers inviting notes of orange zest, fresh vanilla, ginger, fruit jellies and marzipan. On the palate, fresh oak, gingerbread, vanilla custard and cinnamon create a rich yet lively character, with sweet fruit and gentle spice developing throughout.

The finish is medium, sweet and warming, leaving lingering notes of spiced fruit, vanilla and oak.
