The Macallan 30 Year Old Fine Oak is a prestigious and now discontinued Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from The Macallan’s renowned Fine Oak series. The Fine Oak series was introduced in 2004 as Macallan’s first major range to move beyond exclusively sherry-cask maturation.

Unlike the classic Sherry Oak range, the Fine Oak 30 Year Old was matured in a carefully selected combination of European and American oak casks previously seasoned with sherry and bourbon. This combination creates a more elegant and layered style, bringing together rich dried fruit, orange, vanilla, oak and gentle sherry character.
