Longmorn 15 Year Old 2005–2020 – North Star Spirits, Cask Series #10 is a rich and characterful Speyside single malt whisky independently bottled by North Star Spirits. Distilled in 2005 and bottled in June 2020, this expression spent 15 years maturing in an Oloroso sherry butt, giving the naturally fruity Longmorn spirit a deep and richly sherried character.

Released as part of North Star Spirits Cask Series #10, this was a single-cask bottling with a limited outturn of approximately 596 bottles. The maturation has produced a powerful profile featuring cocoa, molasses, mocha, vanilla fudge, burnt caramel and treacle toffee, with the rich sherry influence particularly prominent.

With its 2005 vintage, 15-year maturation, Oloroso sherry butt and limited single-cask release, this Longmorn is an excellent choice for collectors and enthusiasts looking for a bold, heavily sherried Speyside single malt from an independent bottler.
