Isle of Raasay Single Malt 700ml

Isle of Raasay Single Malt is the signature island single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, combining lightly peated and unpeated spirit to create a distinctive balance of smoke, fruit and spice.

Its unique six-cask maturation brings together spirit matured separately in first-fill American rye whiskey casks, virgin Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. The result is a beautifully layered whisky with rich dark fruits, cherries, blackberries, vanilla, sweet spice and gentle wood smoke.

The palate is rich, fruity and gently smoky, with dark berry character complemented by warming spice and subtle oak. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving notes of dark fruit, vanilla, spice and delicate peat smoke.
