Isle of Raasay Cask Strength 700ml

Isle of Raasay Cask Strength is a bold and expressive Highland single malt Scotch whisky, showcasing the distillery’s distinctive six-cask Na Sia recipe at natural cask strength.

Peated and unpeated Isle of Raasay spirits are matured separately in first-fill American rye whiskey casks, virgin Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks, before being married together. The result is a beautifully layered whisky combining rich dark fruits, gentle peat smoke, sweet spice, vanilla and oak.

The palate is rich, full-bodied and warming, with flavours of black cherry, blackberry, honey, vanilla fudge and peppery spice, balanced by subtle maritime smoke. The long finish leaves lingering dark fruit, oak spice and gentle peat.
