Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024 after 15 years of maturation, this single-cask release was matured in a refill hogshead. Just 252 bottles were produced, making it a limited and highly individual expression from the Whisky Sponge series.

The whisky is packed with exotic tropical fruit, waxy character and sweet cereal notes, alongside hints of olive oil, star fruit, dried mint and fresh green fruit. The palate is vibrant and unusually fruity, with a slightly funky character balanced by honeyed sweetness and subtle waxiness. The finish remains long, fresh and tropical, with lingering fruit and gentle sweetness.
