A lifted bouquet of pear, spice and ripe stone fruit wafts in the glass of this highly aromatic Pinot Gris. The palate is rich and textural with an underlying savoury complexity leading to a spicy, off-dry finish of superb length. The spice and texture of this wine match beautifully with similarly spiced Asian and fusion dishes, especially Thai. This wine is made to enjoy now but will develop more complex savoury honeyed characters if cellared correctly over the next two to five years.
