Matured in a combination of sherry, bourbon and port casks, this full-bodied expression brings together coastal peat smoke, tropical fruit, dark chocolate and rich sherry influence. The palate develops layers of fermented soy, charred mango, treacle and sea salt, creating a bold balance of smoky, sweet and savoury flavours.

The finish is deep, smoky and lingering, with liquorice, sea kelp, charred fruit and a distinctive maritime salinity. A superb choice for peat lovers, coastal whisky enthusiasts and fans of distinctive Highland single malt Scotch whisky.
