GlenAllachie 27 Year Old 1992–2019 – Old Malt Cask by Hunter Laing is a highly mature Speyside single malt whisky distilled at GlenAllachie in June 1992 and bottled in 2019, after an impressive 27 years of maturation. Released by independent bottler Hunter Laing as part of its respected The Old Malt Cask series, this expression showcases GlenAllachie from an earlier era of the distillery.

The whisky was matured in a refill bourbon hogshead, allowing the GlenAllachie spirit to develop over more than two decades while retaining its underlying character. Identified as cask HL 16483 / OMC 2934, the release was bottled as a single-cask expression, with just 296 bottles produced.

With its 27-year maturation, 1992 vintage, Hunter Laing Old Malt Cask presentation and extremely limited 296-bottle release, this GlenAllachie is a particularly interesting bottle for collectors and enthusiasts of mature independent bottlings.
