Glen Spey 11 Year Old – Oloroso Finish by James Eadie is a distinctive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 2013 and matured for 11 years before receiving an additional 20-month finish in a first-fill European oak Oloroso Sherry Butt.

The Oloroso influence brings rich layers of dried fruit, raisins, dark chocolate and gentle spice, complementing Glen Spey’s naturally elegant and lightly grassy malt character.

The palate is rich and full-bodied, with sherry-led fruit, warming spice and subtle oak developing into a long, elegant finish.

Bottled as a limited James Eadie release from cask #373070, this Glen Spey offers an excellent combination of bright Speyside character and deeper Oloroso sherry influence.
