Glen Moray 31 Year Old 1990–2021 – Blackadder Raw Cask is a rare and highly mature Speyside single malt whisky independently bottled by Blackadder as part of its Raw Cask Statement series. Distilled in May 1990 and bottled in May 2021, this exceptional expression spent 31 years maturing in a single cask before being released as Statement Edition No. 40.

This release comes from cask #4563 and was limited to just 104 bottles, giving it considerable appeal for collectors of rare and long-aged independent bottlings. The Blackadder Raw Cask approach preserves the whisky in a particularly natural presentation, with no chill filtration and no added colouring, allowing the character developed through more than three decades of maturation to remain intact.

With its 1990 vintage, 31-year maturation, single-cask provenance and extremely limited 104-bottle release, this Glen Moray is a distinctive collector’s expression and a standout example of a mature Speyside single malt from Blackadder’s Raw Cask range.
