The nose is bright and fruit-forward, bringing together citrus and green and yellow fruits with honeycomb, aged mead, subtle wax and delicate green-tea notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant, revealing crystallised citrus, exotic fruits, oily cereal, wax and flower honey, with mineral and golden-syrup nuances developing underneath.
