Eadie is a distinctive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by James Eadie as a limited single-cask release.

Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024, this 14-year-old whisky spent its initial maturation in European oak hogsheads before receiving a 34-month finish in a first-fill European oak Malaga Butt, cask #361937. Only 369 bottles were produced, making this a highly limited James Eadie release.

The nose offers dried fruit, green walnuts, tart apple, soft earth and gentle spice, with the whisky's naturally oily character adding depth. The palate develops apple, lemon, pepper, malt and subtle sweetness, with layers of fruit and spice becoming more pronounced.

The finish is medium to long and warming, bringing together ginger, apple, porridge, sourdough and lingering oily malt.
