Craigellachie 15 Year Old 2006–2021 – Old Particular by Douglas Laing is a distinctive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by Douglas Laing as part of its acclaimed Old Particular series.

Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2021, this 15-year-old Craigellachie was matured in a single sherry butt, allowing the distillery’s robust and characterful spirit to develop rich layers of dried fruit, spice and oak.

The nose reveals leather, dried figs, raisins and seasoned oak, followed by a rich palate of dark cherries, stewed fruit, malt, milk chocolate and warming spice. Notes of butterscotch and dark fruit linger into a smooth, satisfying finish.

Craigellachie 15 Year Old is a beautifully expressive independent bottling, combining the distinctive character of Craigellachie with the depth and richness of sherry-cask maturation.
