Craigellachie 11 Year Old 2014–2025 – Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland by James Eadie is a distinctive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the commemorative Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland series.

Distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025, this 11-year-old expression was given a finish of at least 11 months in two refill European oak Amontillado sherry hogsheads. The release was selected to showcase the robust, waxy character of Craigellachie alongside the influence of Amontillado sherry casks.

The nose brings stewed plums, Manuka honey, ripe peaches and a subtle savoury note. On the palate, thick honey, ripe nectarines, spiced plums, roasted walnuts and peppermint create a rich and expressive profile. The finish is long and warming, with cedar wood, shortbread and lingering honey.

Craigellachie 11 Year Old is a beautifully distinctive James Eadie bottling, combining waxy Speyside character, ripe fruit, honey, roasted nuts and Amontillado sherry influence in a limited commemorative release.
