Nose

A bit shy at first, apple crumble with vanilla custard, juicy golden delicious apples, butterscotch toffees, becomes oakier after a few minutes along with the rye notes developing to the fore, perfumy notes, red apples, after some time vanilla essence galore but also a strange green fresh cut wood note, very rounded and smooth for a Turkey.

Taste

Heavy on vanilla and baked apples, some perfumy rye notes, and an omnipresent 'bright' oak note.

Finish

Vanilla and,oak with medium length.
