Method and Madness Ruby Port Single Cask 28 Year Old is a ‘world first’ for Irish whiskey.

This limited edition release is a single pot still Irish whiskey initially aged for 6 years in American bourbon barrels and then transferred to a ruby port pipe to mature for a further 22 years.

It’s not every day that single pot still whiskey meets with a ruby port pipe. Theory confirmed, as you’ll see upon first sip.

• Nose: Fleshy mango, kiwi & green banana, ripe plums
• Taste: Vanilla & cinnamon, Port wine, barley grains
• Finish: Lingering succulent fruits, toasted oak, light spice
