This single-cask expression from cask #11323 was matured in a Bodega sherry European oak cask, giving the naturally sweet and cereal-driven Auchroisk spirit a rich layer of sherry influence. The release was limited to just 642 individually numbered bottles.

The nose combines roasted coffee, fresh strawberries, gooseberries and cut grass, while the palate develops into a sweet, fruity and sherried profile with notes of strawberry and pomegranate syrup. The result is a characterful combination of fresh Speyside fruit, rich sherry influence and gentle roasted notes.
