A distinctive limited-edition single malt from Ardnamurchan Distillery, created to showcase the character of Golden Promise, an old and highly regarded heritage barley variety.

Made using 100% unpeated Golden Promise malted barley and matured exclusively in ex-American bourbon barrels, this release puts the natural character of the spirit and barley firmly at the forefront.

The nose offers milk chocolate digestive biscuits, glacé cherries, lime cordial, marzipan and apricot jam, with hints of honey and salted preserved lemon. On the palate, expect a rich, oily texture with sugared almonds, salted cashews, pistachios, orange cake and baked apples. The finish is smooth and luscious, with soft orchard fruit, sweet nuttiness and a touch of espresso.
