Ardmore 27 Year Old 1998–2026 – Decadent Drams by Decadent Drinks is a mature Highland single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Ardmore Distillery in 1998 and bottled by Decadent Drinks in 2026.

This exceptional 27-year-old single-cask expression spent most of its maturation in a refill hogshead, before being transferred to a second-fill sherry hogshead for its final four years. Only 236 bottles were produced.

The nose offers soft drying peat smoke, pepper, wax, aniseed and camphor. On the palate, the whisky develops a distinctly old-school Ardmore character, with dry earthy peat, mineral notes, a rich waxy texture, herbs and subtle medicinal nuances. The finish is long, dry and quietly smoky, with lingering mineral, wax and dried-honey notes.

A superb mature Ardmore for enthusiasts who appreciate old-style peated Highland whisky, combining gentle smoke and waxy character with four years of sherry-cask influence.
