Distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2025 after 20 years of maturation, this release brings together whisky matured in two first-fill European oak sherry butts, which were married together before bottling.

The combination of long maturation and first-fill European oak sherry wood creates an exceptionally rich and powerful character, with layers of dark fruit, walnut, rich sherry spice, dark chocolate, espresso, dried figs and polished oak. The producer describes the whisky as having a fascinating combination of old-style sherry richness, mature Armagnac-like character and modern malt intensity.
