Inchgower 20Yr 1995 by Blackadder 700ml

Inchgower 20 Year Old 1995–2015 – Blackadder Raw Cask Statement is a rare and mature Speyside single malt whisky independently bottled by Blackadder. Distilled in July 1995 and bottled in September 2015, this expression spent a full 20 years maturing in a single sherry butt, cask #692.

Released as Blackadder Raw Cask Statement Edition No. 12, the bottling was created to celebrate Blackadder’s 20th anniversary and was limited to just 582 bottles. The Raw Cask presentation retains the whisky in a natural style, with no chill filtration and no added colouring, while the sherry butt maturation adds further depth to this distinctive Inchgower single malt.

With its 1995 vintage, 20-year maturation, single sherry butt, cask #692 and limited 582-bottle release, this Inchgower is a particularly interesting collector’s bottling. The combination of long maturation and Blackadder’s Raw Cask presentation makes it a standout example of a mature and relatively uncommon Speyside single malt.
