Gone Grant 30 Year Old 1994–2024 – Whiskyland Chapter Nine by Decadent Drinks is a beautifully mature Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the now-closed Caperdonich distillery, presented under the playful “Gone Grant” name.

Distilled in 1994 and bottled in 2024 after 30 years of maturation in a second-fill barrel, this single-cask release forms Chapter Nine of the Whiskyland series. Only 215 bottles were produced, making it a particularly intriguing release for enthusiasts of closed-distillery whisky.

The whisky is all about elegance, finesse and detail, with a refined mature profile showing waxy notes, pear, powdered sugar, coconut, sweet pastries and gentle citrus. Subtle layers of caramel, lemon, old-fashioned wax and delicate oak add further depth and complexity.

On the palate, rich fruit, soft sweetness and waxy textures combine with mature oak and pastry notes, leading into an elegant, long-lasting finish.
