Matured for a minimum of 21 years in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this distinguished expression delivers layers of ripe blackberries, red plums, candied orange and rich sherry. The palate is full-bodied and indulgent, with bitter chocolate, plum pudding, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg, balanced by smooth tannins.

The finish is long, warming and lingering, leaving beautifully integrated notes of dark fruit, spice, chocolate and oak. Named after the parliament of rooks that have nested around the GlenDronach distillery for generations, this is a standout expression for sherry whisky lovers and GlenDronach enthusiasts.
