Dailuaine 10 Year Old – Speyside Whisky by James Eadie is a rich and approachable Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, selected and bottled by James Eadie as part of its core range.

Matured for 10 years, the whisky is finished in European oak Oloroso sherry hogsheads, adding layers of rich dried fruit, sweetness and warming spice to Dailuaine's naturally full-bodied spirit.

The nose brings stewed plums, apple, rhubarb crumble and chocolate raisins, with hints of leathery oak, cinnamon and spice. On the palate, cooked plums, peaches, toasted marzipan and sherry-soaked sultanas create a rich and fruity character. The finish develops clove, cinnamon, dark chocolate, ginger, liquorice and cardamom, with lingering toasted oak.

Dailuaine 10 Year Old is an excellent introduction to this lesser-known Speyside distillery, combining juicy stone fruits, Oloroso sherry character, dark chocolate and warming spice in a beautifully balanced James Eadie bottling.
