Dailuaine 10 Year Old 2012–2023 – Un-Chillfiltered Collection by Signatory Vintage is a characterful Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of its popular Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Distilled on 4 July 2012 and bottled in January 2023, this 10-year-old expression was matured in a selection of de-charred and re-charred hogsheads, from casks 308754, 308758, 308762 and 308763. It was bottled without chill filtration and without added colouring, preserving the natural character of the whisky.

The nose brings toasted grain, baking spices, flapjacks and candied orange peel. On the palate, heather honey, oatcakes, warm oak and vanilla custard combine with hints of salted caramel and gentle spice, creating a rounded and approachable Speyside profile.

Dailuaine 10 Year Old is an excellent independent bottling for whisky enthusiasts, offering a balanced combination of sweet malt, honey, vanilla, citrus and warming oak in Signatory Vintage's distinctive Un-Chillfiltered style.
