Benrinnes 12 Year Old 2009–2022 is a characterful Speyside single malt Scotch whisky specially selected and bottled for The Whisky Exchange.

Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022, this 12-year-old Benrinnes was matured in a single refill sherry butt, developing a rich balance of sweet fruit, sherry influence and warming spice. The release produced 708 bottles.

The palate brings together sweet raisins, stewed berries, sticky toffee pudding and baked apples, with layers of cinder toffee and gentle baking spice lingering into the finish. The combination of mature fruit and sherry-seasoned oak gives this Benrinnes a rich yet balanced character.
