Benriach 19 Year Old 2001–2022 – Old Malt Cask is an elegant Speyside single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by Hunter Laing as part of the renowned Old Malt Cask series.

Distilled on 1 October 2001 and bottled on 1 February 2022, this single-cask expression was matured for 19 years in a refill hogshead before being selected for the Old Malt Cask collection. Cask #18097 produced just 241 bottles, making this a particularly limited Benriach release.

The nose offers ripe light fruits, banana, melon and apricot, complemented by soft caramel biscuits. The palate develops waxed citrus peel, stewed apple and gentle herbal spice, while the finish brings dry oak, peppery spice and lingering caramel sweetness.

A beautifully mature and characterful single-cask Benriach, this Old Malt Cask release is an appealing addition for collectors and enthusiasts seeking older independent bottlings from the distillery.
