Benriach 12 Year Old The Smoky Twelve is a richly layered Speyside single malt Scotch whisky that combines Benriach’s fruit-forward character with distinctive sweet, aromatic peat smoke.

Created from a combination of peated and unpeated spirit, The Smoky Twelve is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of bourbon barrels, sherry casks and Marsala wine casks. The individual cask maturations are then married together to create a smooth, creamy and complex whisky.

The nose brings smoked vanilla, charred orange and toasted almond. On the palate, dark chocolate, fruit peel, brown sugar and smoked oak develop into a beautifully balanced combination of rich fruit and aromatic smoke. The finish is long and smoky, with lingering cocoa and orange character.
