Beinn Dubh The Black is a striking Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside Distillery, famous for its exceptionally dark ruby-black appearance and rich, dessert-like character.

The whisky is matured in American bourbon barrels before being finished in heavily toasted Ruby Port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley. This distinctive finishing process gives Beinn Dubh its deep colour and layers of rich fruit, sweetness and dark chocolate character.

The nose brings fresh fruit, sultanas and black raisins, gradually revealing deeper notes of blackcurrant and dark chocolate. On the palate, rich dark fruit, chocolate, caramel and dried fruit are balanced by gentle bitterness and sweetness. The finish is long and lingering, with dark chocolate, toffee and mature fruit character.
