Matured in a single first-fill Oloroso sherry cask, this expression delivers a rich and indulgent Highland character, with layers of fruit cake, apricot, stewed fruit, butter toffee, dried orange, nuts and warming spice.

The palate is full and mouthwatering, developing notes of rich dark fruit, apple pie, cinnamon, dried apricot and chocolate. A long, satisfying finish brings liquorice, raisins and dark chocolate.
