Aultmore 15 Year Old SMWS 73.83 – “Anzac Biscuits and Cricket Bats” is a distinctive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) as a single-cask expression.

Distilled in 2001 and matured in a refill ex-sherry butt, this limited release was selected to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of the SMWS Australian Branch. The whisky offers a rich and sherried character, with notes of sticky prunes, figs, raspberry, chocolate and warm spice, followed by creamy toffee and dried-fruit sweetness.

The palate develops layers of syrupy dried fruit, spice, creamy caramel and dark chocolate, while the finish brings a gently drying combination of tobacco, pepper, red wine and tart berries.

A highly distinctive Aultmore single-cask bottling for collectors and enthusiasts of independent SMWS releases.
