Auchroisk 20 Year Old 2000–2021 – Old Malt Cask by Hunter Laing is a mature Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Auchroisk Distillery in June 2000 and bottled by Hunter Laing in June 2021 as part of the Old Malt Cask range.

This single-cask expression, cask #18754, was matured for 20 years in a refill hogshead, allowing the character of the Auchroisk spirit to develop gradually while retaining its fresh and elegant profile. The release produced 294 bottles.

The nose brings anise, fresh pear, pear skin and sponge cake. On the palate, juicy lemon and sweet barley are complemented by a touch of liquorice spice. The finish develops into oak and sugary pastry, leaving a gentle, warming impression.
