Ardnamurchan AD/ Cask Strength Release

A bold and expressive cask-strength single malt from Ardnamurchan Distillery, showcasing the distinctive coastal character of this West Highland distillery.

The release combines peated and unpeated Ardnamurchan spirit, matured predominantly in ex-Bourbon casks with a smaller proportion of Sherry-matured whisky. The result is a rich and vibrant dram with coastal peat smoke, vanilla and bright citrus on the nose, followed by ripe orchard fruit, warm oak and gentle black pepper spice on the palate.

The finish is long and smoky, with lingering peat and a subtle maritime sea-salt character. Each release is produced in small batches and bottled at natural cask strength. It is non-chill filtered and natural colour.
