Ardmore 22 Year Old 2000–2023 – Sherry Cask Finish by James Eadie is a mature Highland single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Ardmore Distillery in 2000 and bottled by independent bottler James Eadie in 2023.

This single-cask expression, cask #10/1, received an impressive 83-month finish in a sherry butt, adding rich dried-fruit, chocolate and spice character to Ardmore's distinctive smoky Highland spirit. Only 250 bottles were produced.

The nose brings cherry chocolate, chestnuts, fireplace smoke, lemon and salted toffee. On the palate, expect dried fruits, caramelised nuts, red berries, cocoa and dark chocolate, complemented by gentle smoke and warming spice. The finish is long, rich and warming, with lingering sherry sweetness, oak spice and subtle peat smoke.

A superb mature James Eadie single-cask Ardmore, combining the distillery's characteristic smoky profile with an extended sherry butt finish.
