VINEYARD - Estate grown at Reillys, St Clare Vineyard, Watervale Clone 1919 Block Grenache, Cropping 2.5T per acre Rich red loam over deep limestone

WINEMAKING - 70% Grenache, 30% Shiraz Cold soaked with prolonged skin contact

MATURATION - 100% French oak Hogsheads - 15 months

BOUQUET - Dark cherry and plum with a touch of spice

PALATE - Dark rich fruits with finely integrated French oak. Sweet ripe fruit on the finish with peppery spice. Velvety tannins with great persistence.
