VINEYARD - Estate grown at Reillys, St Clare Vineyard, Watervale CA125 Clone, Cropping 1.5T per acre Rich red loam over deep limestone.

WINEMAKING - Cold soaked with prolonged skin contact in small open fermentation vats

BOUQUET - Ripe dark berries with a touch of spice

PALATE - Full bodied with rich layers of intense blackcurrant, dark chocolate and a touch of mint. An elegant wine with velvety tannins and toasty, vanillin finish.
