This beautiful single malt whisky has spent 3 years maturing in American ex-bourbon casks before soaking up luscious flavours from Central-Otago Pinot Noir barrels.

Dunedin Double Cask has a golden auburn colour and aromas of beeswax and fresh cereal, toasted oak and soft spices. This whisky with deep fruity flavours has been finished in an oxidised Pinot Noir cask to create a light, smooth finish with characters of dry sherry.

NOSE Rich grain, fresh cereals, oak and cedar, potpourri and roses, cherry, cinnamon, cardamon and bay leaf followed by fresh tobacco

PALATE Spicy front with rich, malted barley and fresh cereals, dominated by sherry flor and cherry

FINISH Long, drawn out woody but soft finish with rich, red fruit and spices
