Ink Gin is a premium Australian dry gin made with 13 organic botanicals, including juniper berries, locally grown lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and freshly peeled sundried sweet orange peel
The final ingredient is added in a post-distillation infusion. Its unique colour is derived from the infusion of flower petals of the butterfly pea, turning pink with the addition of Tonic.
Goes just fine with: Ice, premium tonic, citrus and/or mint garnish. Ink Gin is naturally infused with no preservatives or chemical stabilisers.
