The additional maturation in richly seasoned Pedro Ximenez puncheons adds layers of complexity, resulting in a sweeter, fruitier flavour experience.
Bottled at 48%, with no added colouring and unchilfiltered for flavour.
Nose: Waves of dark chocolate, plantains and sultanas, with pineapple and nutmeg.
Palate: Dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey, fused with sultanas, pineapple, orange peel and cinnamon.
