Consistent full red colour. Penetrative red fruit aromatics expand outwards; voluminous, with fruit cake, briar and blossom. Crisply contoured sweet red and dark fruits coat energetically to a fine mineral finish

A very high quality vintage, in spite of a severe October frost. Warm spring and summer conditions gave even bunch weights and moderate yields. Benign conditions continued through to picking, with sufficient rainfall to keep vines healthy. Fruit at harvest was in beautiful condition, with good acidity and ripeness

Bob Campbell MW | The Real Review March 2022 - A blend of four vineyards, one from Pisa and three from Bendigo. Fermented with 10% whole bunches. It’s a fresh, vibrant and delicately fruity pinot noir with black cherry, red nose, spice and anise flavours. A taut, attractive wine that is delicious now but may develop further with bottle age
