Volfas Engelman Historical Non-filtered beer has the trademark of I.B. Volfas-Engelman registered in 1927 depicted on the pack.

Labelled a "non-filtered historical" beer because it is the closest to the original brewery beer produced during the inter-war period.

Although I.B. Volfas-Engelman brewery owned the most progressive equipment for those times, during that period it still did not filter beer, so the beer yeast left in it used to settle on the bottom.

The upside-down picture on the can when opening is not a mistake. In this way the producer spotlights that before opening the beer can must be topsy-turvied carefully. By doing this the yeast spreads to the whole beer, thus imparting more luxurious flavour to all parts.
