The rum is made with sugar syrup sourced from Cuba, and matured in 180 litre American oak barrel for five years.
The result is a light and flavoursome rum with notes of toffee, clear honey, vanilla, milk chocolate, apples, light brown sugar, honeysuckle and cream.
