FERMENTATION - Cold soaked with prolonged skin contact MATURATION 100% French oak Hogsheads - 18 months

BOUQUET - Intense ripe fruit with a hint of floral

PALATE  - Complex layers of blackberry and liquorice with fruit sweetness and spice. Full bodied with well balanced oak giving a toasty, vanillin finish
