Aging: Mainly in stainless steel vats, partially in French oak barrels.

Tasting: This big, sexy, plump Côtes de Bourg is undeniably a winner of the vintage. Dark purple color, the character is young and floral with hints of violet, dark berries and spices. The palate is concentrated with a good balance and a long finish. Whole, solid, authentic, typical of Côtes de Bourg. Okay to cellar until 2029

Tips: Great on its own or with white or red meats.
